Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to and represent the Executive Housekeeper in daily operational activities.
• Coordinate room cleaning schedules and carry out periodic quality inspections.
• Maintain and continuously enhance housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments and external service providers.
• Assist with onboarding, motivating, and supporting the housekeeping team.
• Contribute to smooth, uninterrupted operations across all housekeeping functions.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in housekeeping or a related role.
• Structured and autonomous working style.
• Strong focus on quality with keen attention to detail.
• Organizational skills combined with enthusiasm for taking responsibility.
• Proficient in both German and English.
