Overview
The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team at Amazon seeks a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Vice President. This role is based in Seattle, WA, and offers an exciting, fast-moving environment within a broad and growing organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while possessing a good sense of humor and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, business partners, and other executive assistants to deliver seamless organizational support.
- Manage and optimize executive calendars meticulously to enhance productivity and appropriately adjust priorities.
- Align with business goals to identify and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and scalability.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, offsites, and team programs.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and resource efficiency.
- Assist with annual operational and business planning as well as performance review cycles.
- Monitor and drive progress on key deliverables and address outstanding actions.

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Proven ability to manage domestic and international travel coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience managing calendars for C-level executives.
- Preferred experience includes managing teams, working in matrixed organizations, strong verbal and written English communication, and leveraging generative AI tools to improve workflows and user experiences.
Additional Information
