Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for roadway and utility construction projects.
- Utilize estimating software such as HCSS to develop bids.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in estimating roadways and utilities projects, preferably with a general or civil contractor.
- Proficient in common estimating software like HCSS.
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong background in general contracting estimating is also considered valuable.
