Role Overview
As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in matching the right candidates with appropriate jobs, impacting both our clients and job seekers. You will undergo comprehensive training and operate in a team that promotes internal growth, with many advancing into sales career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Use diverse recruiting and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct screening and interviews for prospective candidates
- Collaborate with Account Managers to target key accounts, skill sets, and market segments
- Develop and maintain relationships within the industry to expand referrals and sales leads
- Engage in customer service activities to support clients and candidates
- Participate in community involvement through volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary of $55,000 during a salaried training phase, followed by unlimited commission potential. Projected earnings are approximately $70,000 in year one, $86,000 in year two, and $102,000 in year three. Additional benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, RRSP plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Performance incentives include quarterly bonuses, company-funded investment plans, and all-expenses-paid trips.
Qualifications
