About Castle Trust Bank

Role Overview

The Enterprise Risk Analyst will play a critical part in bolstering the Bank's risk oversight capabilities by providing support and analysis across multiple risk areas including Operational Risk, Financial Crime, Treasury Risk, Model Risk, and other non-financial risk functions. This is a unique chance to gain comprehensive exposure to second-line risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical support for second-line Operational Risk and Financial Crime functions.
  • Monitor and escalate operational incidents, control issues, and corrective actions.
  • Manage governance processes, reporting cycles, and risk oversight operations.
  • Conduct thematic reviews, deep dive analyses, and lessons learned assessments.
  • Assist in Financial Crime monitoring including sanctions, transaction monitoring, and customer due diligence.
  • Contribute to operational resilience, outsourcing oversight, and other non-financial risk areas.
  • Support enterprise-wide risk oversight through preparation and analysis of risk reports and management information.
  • Identify and escalate emerging risks and control concerns.
  • Maintain governance documentation, track action items, and manage reporting schedules.
  • Assist with regulatory, audit, and internal governance requests.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Risk, Governance, Operational Risk, Financial Crime, or comparable functions.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in producing reports or management information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling data effectively.
