About the Role
This position is for an experienced English tutor who can assist in training AI models. The work involves checking how AI chatbots are performing, reviewing the reasoning behind their answers, and identifying issues that can help improve model quality.
The role calls for advanced ability in writing, editing, and content creation. Backgrounds in communications or journalism may also be relevant.
What You Can Expect
- Choose the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- Work independently from your own computer and set your own schedule.
- Hourly pay starts at $25-$30+ per hour, with bonus pay available on some projects.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
- Review AI-generated output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent grammar, style, and brand-voice skills.
- A bachelor's degree that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Payments are processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any money as part of the process. Only candidates based in New Zealand will be considered.
