English Teacher

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Teacher at Trillium- The Montessori House. The teacher will deliver interactive lessons in accordance with Montessori educational approaches, building a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach English language lessons designed to stimulate student interest and engagement while adhering to Montessori pedagogy.
• Monitor and assess each child's academic progress through regular evaluations and constructive feedback.
• Foster a nurturing environment that prioritizes both educational advancement and personal growth.
• Engage in close collaboration with fellow teachers, trainers, and Montessori certified staff to maintain a cohesive educational environment.
• Maintain continuous communication with parents to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training and receive support from expert trainers and certified Montessori professionals to ensure high teaching quality.
