Position Overview
We are seeking an Engineer specializing in Electro Mechanical Maintenance to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Candidates with a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee the management and scheduling of HVAC, Lighting, and Small Power (LSP) systems maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute various maintenance strategies, including reliability-centered, preventive, and corrective maintenance to meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Engage directly in the installation, testing, commissioning, and upkeep of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Identify faults and undertake root cause analyses on equipment to enhance system dependability and prevent future issues.
- Assess and select appropriate materials, guaranteeing adherence to technical and safety maintenance standards.
- Utilize computer software applications proficiently; experience with SAP is considered advantageous.
- Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Diploma holder with at least 7 years of experience.
