About the Role

Join V5 Global as an Electrical Engineer focusing on telecom tower operations in Chennai. This full-time role involves maintaining and troubleshooting telecom tower infrastructure to ensure continuous service and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical issues related to assigned telecom towers.
• Conduct routine inspections and carry out preventive maintenance on telecom infrastructure.
• Detect faults in network, power systems, and equipment, and collaborate with technical teams to address them.
• Ensure the operational integrity of telecom devices, cables, and power setups.
• Document daily activities, maintain service reports, and track issue resolutions.
• Travel to various tower locations as operationally required.
• Adhere strictly to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols when working on site.
• Work in coordination with supervisors and field personnel for timely task completion.
• Provide swift assistance during emergency outages or breakdowns.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, quality standards, and customer service commitments.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be residents of Chennai only.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is ₹300,000 to ₹350,000. Additional benefits include health insurance and life insurance coverage.

Experience and Skills

No prior experience is required. Essential expertise includes understanding of electrical machines and basic telecom electrical systems.
