Education Counsellor

About the Role

We seek a proactive and motivated Education Counsellor to join our admissions team at Cyber Defence Intelligence Consulting LLP. Your main function will be to advise potential students on Cyber Security courses, guide them through the admission steps, and successfully convert inquiries into student enrollments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone, offering information about Cyber Security programs, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to handle inquiries and follow up on leads efficiently.
• Assess individual student needs and propose appropriate training courses.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with leads to increase enrollment rates.
• Keep detailed records of all student interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aimed at meeting monthly admission goals.
• Collaborate closely with admissions and academic teams to ensure seamless enrollment processes.
• Resolve student concerns promptly to foster trust and confidence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Between one and three years of experience in telesales, education counseling, admissions, or inside sales preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Strong skills in interpersonal relationships and building rapport.
• Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A target-driven mindset comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in EdTech or related training sectors is advantageous.
