E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing and streamlining daily e-commerce activities to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order fulfillment processes.
• Liaise and coordinate with warehouse staff, customer service representatives, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and availability of stock.
• Track order statuses, handle cancellations and refunds effectively.
• Compile operational reports and contribute to the enhancement of processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce operations or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP platforms, inventory management systems, and order processing.
• Strong communication abilities, coordination skills, and adept at problem-solving.
