Driver Supervisor & Coordinator

About the Role

Fakieh Logistics, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a comprehensive last-mile and full-chain logistics company seeking an experienced Driver Supervisor & Coordinator. This full-time onsite role is pivotal in managing a growing fleet to ensure disciplined, efficient, and precise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily driver activities including attendance management, dispatching, route allocation, and shift transitions.
• Track fleet performance and delivery key performance indicators, promptly addressing delays and routing complications.
• Serve as a communication bridge among drivers, dispatch teams, and client operations to maintain service level agreements.
• Manage driver onboarding, verify documentation, conduct training sessions, and perform performance assessments.
• Ensure adherence to vehicle safety protocols, maintenance timelines, and compliance with Saudi transport regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience supervising drivers or field personnel within e-commerce or last-mile delivery sectors.
• Proven experience overseeing a fleet comprising over 100 drivers.
• Proficiency in fleet tracking and dispatch software tools.
• Fluent conversational abilities in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
• Composed under pressure, capable of maintaining standards, and adept at practical problem-solving.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license and residing in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
