Role Overview

An experienced driver with cleaning skills is needed for a busy car rental location in Canterbury. The primary responsibility is to ensure all rental vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and safe for customers between hires.

Work Hours and Compensation

The position entails working Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00. Compensation is paid at a rate of 12.71 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport cars to and from customers safely
• Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, both interiors and exteriors
• Operate jet washers to clean vehicle exteriors
• Dry vehicles ensuring minimal water spots
• Vacuum the interior of vehicles thoroughly
• Complete safety inspections on all vehicles
• Maintain politeness and helpfulness during customer interactions
• Collaborate with the valeting team to ensure efficient vehicle processing

Requirements

• Valid full UK driving licence
• Minimum age of 25 years due to insurance policies
• Right to work in the UK
• Personal UK bank account in applicant's name
• Previous experience in cleaning tasks
