Job Overview

The Driver is tasked with safely and efficiently ferrying workers between their living quarters and the project site or yard. This position demands full compliance with safety protocols, traffic laws, and organizational policies to guarantee timely and secure transport.

Primary Responsibilities

• Shuttle workers from dormitories to the yard according to designated schedules.
• Guarantee passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
• Comply rigorously with traffic legislation and the company’s safety standards.
• Perform daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fuel levels, engine status, and cleanliness.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues, accidents, or unusual events.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of transport activities when needed.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in all transportation responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license appropriate for the vehicle being operated (e.g., bus or van).
• Have at least 2 to 3 years experience in driving, ideally involving worker transportation.
• Be knowledgeable about local traffic regulations and routes.
• Demonstrate strong responsibility, punctuality, and a focus on safety.
• Be capable of communicating basic instructions in English.
• Be physically fit to work in a site-based environment.

Education

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
