Job Overview

We seek motivated individuals, whether experienced Driller Assistants/Offsiders or newcomers to the industry, for current and forthcoming projects with a top-tier global client. This role offers a 2 weeks on/1 week off FIFO roster from Perth, competitive shift and bonus compensation, and industry-leading hands-on training where you can earn while you learn.

Location and Work Schedule

• Positions based in Western Australia
• Roster: 2 weeks on/1 week off FIFO from Perth

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by performing daily pre-start equipment inspections
• Conduct general maintenance activities
• Complete relevant safety documentation
• Adhere strictly to safe work practices

Candidate Requirements

• Previous offsiding experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Resident of Western Australia
• Hold a current Manual C Class Driver's Licence
• Possess or be able to acquire a National Police Clearance
• Pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical exam, including drug and alcohol testing
• Capable of repeatedly lifting 30 kg in a physically demanding role
• Legal right to work in Australia
• Demonstrated strong personal commitment to safety
• Ability to contribute positively to a respectful workplace and collaborate effectively within a team
