The role is focused on helping strengthen the OPD-based product by driving coordination, analysis, and partner alignment.

- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Result Areas
KRA 1: Integrate projects with OPD service delivery partners, wellness partners, and TPA partners to improve service quality for ABHI policyholders.
