Overview
Primary Connect, part of the extensive Woolworths Group supply chain network across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Distribution Centre Storeperson to contribute to delivering products to over 3,000 retail stores daily. This role is critical in ensuring stock reaches the correct stores punctually, supporting brands like Woolworths Supermarkets, BIG W, Dan Murphy’s and BWS.
Key Duties
- Precisely assemble orders to guarantee on-time deliveries to stores.
- Learn and proficiently operate voice pick technology and Manual Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain safety, compliance, and adhere to company policies to uphold a responsible workplace.
- Flourish in a fast-moving environment by valuing efficiency and teamwork.
- Work collaboratively within a team to maintain an orderly and clean warehouse setting.
Candidate Profile
- Physically fit to frequently lift and handle items weighing up to 20 kilograms.
- Possess keen attention to detail and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
- Previous experience in picking or packing roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Eager to learn new equipment and technology in a warehouse environment.
- Willing to demonstrate commitment, including working during peak business periods.
Additional Information
Work Roster Option 1:
Monday to Tuesday: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday to Saturday: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
