About the Role
Join our accomplished team at the Specsavers clinic in Dundrum as a Dispensing Optician, where delivering excellent patient care is paramount. As a pivotal part of the clinic, you will contribute to ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience, helping to maintain and grow a loyal community following.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to all clients.
- Collaborate closely with Optometrists to ensure seamless quality handovers for all customers.
- Manage aftersales services, including handling complaints and resolving problems with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Support individual and team sales targets through the use of effective and professional sales techniques.
Professional Growth and Support
As a significant member of the store management team, you will have opportunities to develop leadership skills through ILM courses, pre-registration supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership Pathway. These programs are designed to prepare you for potential future positions such as store director by combining your clinical expertise with management responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
We seek a qualified and CORU-registered Dispensing Optician who shares our store's values of growth, development, and providing stellar customer care. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound clinical judgment, embraces a hands-on approach, enjoys fostering relationships within the team, and is motivated to help drive the practice's ongoing success.

- Location: Dundrum, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland
- Salary: Up to €40,000 annually, contingent on experience, plus a performance-based bonus scheme
