Role Overview
The Dispatch Team Member plays a vital role in accurately staging customer orders on pallets and loading them onto trucks efficiently and safely. This position demands high physical stamina due to repetitive lifting of items up to 20 kilograms throughout shifts and emphasizes maintaining order accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch by organizing them on pallets with consistency.
- Safely load pallets onto delivery trucks swiftly to ensure timely transport.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to fulfill customer orders correctly.
