Director of Operations

Overview

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing regional and store operations at dozens of Quick Quack Car Wash locations. This senior role involves establishing standards, driving performance, and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Quick Quack's mission, vision, and values throughout assigned regions.
• Set and track performance goals for Regional Operations Leaders, measuring outcomes against targets.
• Analyze data and financial statements to detect anomalies and initiate rapid improvement programs across stores.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts and regional budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement scalable improvements enhancing customer and employee experiences company-wide.
• Ensure high standards of wash quality, customer service, and employee satisfaction at all locations.
• Recruit, cultivate, and retain capable, driven regional and store leadership teams aligned with company culture.
• Guide a diverse, fast-moving workforce through ongoing organizational changes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple units with documented success in revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Experience leading through a management layer, supervising leaders who oversee frontline teams.
• Strong abilities in leadership, communication, and problem-solving with influence skills to guide outcomes without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, or comparable software tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires frequent outdoor work in a noisy, industrial setting, involving physical activity such as lifting items up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and stooping. There is extensive travel expected, ranging from 50% to 75% of the time.
