Key Responsibilities

• Provide support that encourages growth, learning, and overall well-being for those served.
• Establish genuine and meaningful relationships with individuals receiving services.
• Operate with autonomy and trust to advocate for the best interests of participants.
• Facilitate community involvement and assist participants in enjoying preferred activities.
• Help individuals achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, fitness, and healthy eating habits.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants who may present behavioral or complex needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Preference for candidates with a minimum of six months’ experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, the ability to handle multiple tasks, teamwork spirit, and effective time management.
• Personal qualities including patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance.
