Digital Performance Lead

About the Role

Join FitRepublik and StudioRepublik, two premier fitness brands in the UAE, as the Digital Performance Lead where you will be entrusted with spearheading a sophisticated customer acquisition engine. This position goes beyond running advertisements; you will manage everything from paid media campaigns and lead generation to CRM enhancement, marketing automation, attribution, AI integration, and conversion rate optimization. Collaborate closely with Sales and Technology teams to continuously elevate customer acquisition, nurturing, and conversion processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement paid customer acquisition strategies across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Drive growth in qualified lead generation, persistently enhancing cost efficiency and return on advertising spending.
• Identify and capitalize on new acquisition opportunities and channels.
• Conduct in-depth daily analyses of campaign performances.
• Optimize marketing campaigns through ongoing A/B testing of target audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Enhance quality of leads while prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Create dynamic dashboards that convert marketing data into actionable business decisions.
• Advance the marketing technology ecosystem including CRM functionality, marketing automation, lead distribution, customer journey mapping, WhatsApp marketing, attribution, reporting, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
• Consistently seek improvements for conversion rates by optimizing landing pages, user experience, and messaging effectiveness while collaborating with the creative team to amplify campaign results.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Demonstrable success managing large paid media budgets with strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent grasp of attribution models, tracking methods, and analytics.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to inform commercial strategies.
• Proven record of effective collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technology departments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is a notable advantage.
