Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to lead our online marketing initiatives at Fairfield Shelters. This role involves strategizing and executing digital campaigns to grow our brand presence and support sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Oversee company social media profiles and craft monthly content calendars to engage our audience effectively.
- Create and manage email marketing efforts, including drip campaigns and newsletters, utilizing CRM automation tools.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and compile detailed performance reports.
- Coordinate marketing planning and organization to drive business growth and brand enhancement.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare project proposals and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Lead the sales team to meet growth targets and achieve sales goals successfully.
Requirements & Eligibility
Candidates should be skilled in digital marketing tools and strategies, with experience in campaign management, social media content creation, email automation, and analytics platforms. Collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams are important.
Compensation
The salary range is ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month, adjustable based on experience.
