Overview
Eklavya Centre of Excellence Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Executive experienced in planning, executing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns primarily using Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to drive lead generation and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads covering Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max channels including Black Hat Ads ACO techniques.
- Execute and oversee advertisements on Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns focusing on improving metrics such as return on investment (ROI), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and reducing cost per lead (CPL).
- Implement and supervise conversion tracking tools including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Generate comprehensive campaign performance reports and present insights to management for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives and optimize landing pages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven practical expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking methodologies.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make tactical, data-driven improvements.
- Exceptional communication and reporting capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta platforms are advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- At least 2 years experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and performance marketing efforts.
- Self-driven individual capable of running campaigns autonomously and oriented towards delivering measurable outcomes.
Salary Details
The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 20,000 to 30,000, dependent upon experience and subject to interview assessment.
Location and Employment Type
Full-time position based at G 25, 3rd floor Sector 3 near metro station 16, Delhi-NCR.
