Digital Growth and Content Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a driven and inquisitive Digital Growth and Content Executive to become part of the team in Berlin. This is an on-site position based in a modern office close to Ku’damm, where you will collaborate with multiple functions on projects that support growth and content performance.

The role focuses on uncovering new growth opportunities, learning what audiences care about, and improving the organic discoverability of products and content. You will also keep an eye on online communities and fast-moving digital trends, especially where genuine conversations shape visibility and influence reach. The insights you gather will be turned into practical ideas and actions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research on markets, audiences, and competitors
• Spot, assess, and prioritize opportunities for digital growth
• Track community activity, online conversations, and emerging user behaviour
• Help shape content approaches that strengthen reach, engagement, and discoverability
• Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and other internal teams
• Build clear summaries, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Contribute original ideas to growth experiments and content projects

Requirements

• Genuine interest in digital growth, content planning, or online communities
• Awareness of how audiences interact with content across digital channels
• Analytical thinking and curiosity about data, trends, and user behaviour
• Organized, self-directed, and proactive working style
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to learn, test ideas, and take responsibility for work
