Role Overview

Bolser Digital Agency seeks a skilled Digital Designer specialising in UX/UI to join their creative team in Leeds. This role involves crafting digital solutions including websites, apps, and digital products for high-profile clients such as Microsoft, Xbox, National Theatre, and the RAF Museum. The position offers hybrid working flexibility with up to two days remote, and flexible start times.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing engaging, user-centered digital experiences from concept through execution for websites and applications.
• Developing wireframes, user journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Creating digital assets for campaigns, social media, landing pages, and presentations.
• Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to align digital solutions with business goals.
• Participating in discovery workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints to foster innovation.
• Presenting and justifying design concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Working in partnership with development teams during implementation to ensure quality execution.
• Supporting new business efforts through pitches, creative proposals, and agency innovation.
• Maintaining and improving design systems, workflows, and best practices.
• Managing personal workload to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in UX/UI design within agency or in-house environments.
• A robust portfolio showcasing digital designs for websites, apps, or products demonstrating user-centered design approaches.
• Proficient in responsive digital interface design with a focus on user experience.
• Strong expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents.
• Sound knowledge of UX principles including accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Exceptional skills in typography, layout, visual design, with keen attention to detail.
• Effective organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active interest in current and emerging design trends and technological advancements.
