Role Overview

We seek a skilled digital designer proficient in graphic creation, animation, and video editing to join our fast-paced agency. This role focuses on producing compelling visual content that resonates quickly across digital and social platforms. Ideal candidates enjoy crafting striking digital graphics and animations, developing multiple creative variations, actively tracking emerging visual trends, and mastering necessary software tools to deliver polished results. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize bold new visual ideas anchored in strong design principles such as typography, layout, and digital aesthetics.
• Collaborate with Senior Creatives to evolve brand and design systems into clear visual guidelines.
• Partner with Designers, Art Directors, and Copywriters to deliver diverse digital projects including animations, web banners, and social platform video content.
• Work closely with cross-functional brand teams to ensure smooth project progress to completion.
• Bring designs to life by transforming pre-designed assets, storyboards, and content into cohesive visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance design workflows through ideation, variation exploration, early-stage refinement, and documentation while cultivating personal creative judgment and originality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or related discipline.
• Minimum of one year experience working in digital design or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing sound fundamentals in digital design, especially typography, layout, and effective visual communication.
• Curiosity and proactive mindset to explore and leverage AI tools to augment the design process.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator; video editing abilities using Premiere, Final Cut, or AVID are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with eagerness to learn and grow.
• A proactive "maker" attitude driven by innovation and opportunity-seeking.
• High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Compensation Range: USD 53,960 to 79,794 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Temporary roles may access medical and retirement plans after eligibility criteria are met.
