Digital Bus Assistant

Overview

This position involves serving as a Bus Conductor based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The role requires overseeing passenger interactions, fare management, and ensuring smooth and safe bus operations under the supervision of a Transport Manager or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome passengers in a courteous and safe manner.
• Collect the prescribed fare and issue corresponding tickets.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts and tickets during trips.
• Help maintain discipline and cleanliness inside the bus.
• Provide passengers with information regarding stops, routes, and schedules.
• Assist senior citizens, women, children, and differently-abled passengers as needed.
• Support the driver in adhering to scheduled routes and timings.
• Handle cash and ticket accounts precisely and submit collections upon duty completion.
• Immediately notify appropriate authorities in the event of any accident, dispute, or emergency.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.

Other Details

Workplace location is Bhopal. Reporting will be to Supervisor or Transport Manager. Candidates must comply fully with all organizational safety and operational protocols.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered for this position is between 12500 and 20000 INR.
