Role Overview
We seek an experienced Digital Analyst with over five years in digital and marketing analytics who thrives on transforming data into practical business insights. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency with evolving digital analysis tools, and a keen interest in continuous learning are essential.
Key Duties
- Evaluate digital marketing, website, and app data to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
- Create and sustain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics for different teams.
- Utilize digital analytics platforms to monitor consumer behavior and assess marketing campaign success.
- Employ SQL to handle and scrutinize extensive data sets.
- Partner with marketing, product, CRM, and business units to deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in setting up and verifying tracking systems and analytics tags.
- Communicate analytical results effectively to stakeholders to guide decision-making.
- Remain proactive in adopting new analytics technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum five years of expertise in digital, web, or marketing analytics.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and familiar with Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer journeys, digital channels, and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with effective communication.
- Capable of multitasking and independent work management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of tag management tools like Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
- Motive and capacity to learn emerging analytics platforms and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
