Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and delivering meals and snacks to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, equipment, tables, and floors to ensure sanitary conditions.
• Handle washing of dishes and utensils, collect used items, and organize clean ones correctly.
• Verify that meal trays correspond accurately to diet orders and menus.
• Properly store raw and leftover foods adhering to safety standards.
• Comply with universal precautions, sanitation, safety protocols, and infection-control measures.
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as part of team scheduling.

Candidate Requirements

• Exhibit patience, respect, and a positive attitude, especially when engaging with older adults and persons with disabilities.
• Proficiency in English – able to read, write, speak, and understand.
• Capable of following both written and oral directions accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable and physically able to fulfill the role's duties.
