Baller League, established in 2024, is revolutionizing small-sided football, uniting top players and fans across the UK and USA through professional 6v6 leagues. Our mission is to make football more accessible and engaging, redefining the culture surrounding the sport.

Role Overview

We seek a talented, versatile Designer to join our US team. You will bring creativity and innovation to multiple platforms including presentations, branding, social media, print, and out-of-home campaigns. This role requires both conceptual thinking and executional expertise to help elevate Baller League's visual identity and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative design across social, print, motion, branding, and event platforms from concept to delivery.
• Develop innovative design solutions inspired by internal briefs and independent ideation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and design innovations to produce resonant visuals.
• Guide design strategies ensuring brand consistency through all communication channels.
• Incorporate diverse cultural influences to create engaging and distinctive designs.
• Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to transform marketing strategies into compelling campaigns.
• Design impactful event collateral and merchandise enhancing the fan experience.
• Continuously introduce fresh ideas to advance our visual identity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4 to 7 years of professional design experience in-house, agency, or sports/entertainment sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or 3D design (Cinema 4D) is advantageous.
• Strong ability in creative concept development and visual asset creation including logos, banners, and user interfaces.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to iterate on feedback effectively.
• Exceptional time management with capability to handle multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Attention to detail with a passion for precise design execution.
• A collaborative nature and problem-solving approach working across teams.
• Passion or knowledge in football and entertainment is a significant plus.
• Flexibility to work US hours occasionally.
