Role Overview

As a Designer within our team, you will act both as a creative thinker and a meticulous craftsman, focusing on pharmaceutical advertising projects, including campaigns targeting both commercial audiences and healthcare professionals and patients. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director - Art, you will partner closely with other Designers, Art Directors, and Medical Writers to translate creative concepts into practical, effective designs.

This role requires autonomy, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic agency setting. Your curiosity, attention to detail, and production expertise will be vital to delivering outstanding design solutions. Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Medical Writers to convert creative ideas into compelling visual designs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and effective interaction design implementation.
  • Develop efficient structures and user flows based on consistent and scalable conceptual models that mirror user mental models.
  • Identify user needs and analyze client challenges to create innovative design concepts.
  • Establish visual language and craft cohesive brand experiences across various healthcare categories.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution, developed design sensibility, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent skills in typography, color theory, and illustration, coupled with a sharp aesthetic sense.
