About the Role

Pidge is seeking motivated and dependable Delivery Executives to join their expanding team in the Delhi-NCR area. This role involves promptly and safely picking up and delivering orders, while maintaining excellent customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages within the assigned neighborhoods efficiently.
• Ensure all deliveries reach customers safely and on time.
• Follow designated delivery routes carefully to optimize time.
• Exhibit courteous and professional conduct towards customers and business partners.
• Comply with all internal policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age meeting local legal standards.
• Possession of valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
• Have an individual bank account for payments.
• Ownership of a suitable vehicle, typically a two-wheeler.
• Use of a smartphone with internet access to support app-based delivery tasks.

Work Arrangements

• Options available for both full-time and part-time employment.
• Work schedules are flexible, contingent on availability and operational needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Potential monthly earnings ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹80,000.
• Weekly earnings possibility between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
