Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders from store to doorstep efficiently and safely
• Provide excellent customer service through greeting and order delivery
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle properly
• Collect payments from customers
• Inform customers about new products and services

Additional Job Duties

• Clean dishes, fold boxes, and prepare food items for daily use
• Sweep and mop floors
• During downtime, answer phone calls, take orders, handle cash transactions, correctly label orders, and assist walk-in and drive-thru customers
• Successful candidates will undergo a background check and driving motor vehicle report review; eligibility criteria apply

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license held for a minimum of 2 years
• A clean driving record and safe driving history
• Vehicle registration and auto insurance including coverage for delivery
• Basic math skills to handle monetary transactions and change
• Basic navigation skills for route efficiency
• Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and management
