Job Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas safely and efficiently using technology designed to optimize delivery speed and safety.
• Operate deliveries using either your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle, requiring a clean driving record and at least two years of driving experience.
• Navigate using maps and directions to find delivery addresses within the designated area.
• Carry pizza orders and beverages, sometimes navigating stairs and adverse terrain.
• Follow company protocols, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle (if using own vehicle).
• Clean and safe driving record, verified by background and motor vehicle report checks.
• Good navigational and map-reading skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, and carrying items repeatedly during shifts.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature extremes, including heat near ovens and cold storage areas.
• Working in confined spaces like walk-in coolers and around hot surfaces and mechanical equipment.
• Continuous hand use requiring dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to differentiate temperature and observe tasks requiring visual acuity both in-store and during night driving.
