Job description
Overview
The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting products to customers according to an assigned route plan, ensuring punctual delivery, adherence to company standards, and proper merchandising of Pepsi coolers.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load the delivery truck following predetermined sales orders.
- Visit all customers assigned along the designated delivery route.
- Deliver products and appropriately merchandise Pepsi coolers at customer locations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and operational procedures.
- Undertake any additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 3 to 5 years of prior experience within the beverage, bottling, or FMCG sectors.
- Hold a valid heavy vehicle driving license.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Competence in English communication; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications; experience with SAP and Oracle systems is a plus.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
- Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism in conduct.
