About the Role
Circle K located at Junction 14, M8, Gortore, Fermoy, Co. Cork (P61 HP52) is recruiting a full-time Deli Supervisor. This role involves working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days with a need for flexible scheduling throughout the week.
Responsibilities
As a Deli Supervisor, you will lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced retail setting, promoting safety and adhering to company values. Key duties include team leadership, customer service, food preparation, maintaining food safety and HACCP standards, sales enhancement, and merchandising food and coffee products.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in food preparation environments and demonstrate a sharp attention to detail paired with a commitment to high standards. A passion for customer service, ability to lead a diverse team, personal ownership of success, and a motivated, ambitious approach to career growth are essential.
