Candidate Profile
- Desirable but not mandatory: HACCP training
- Strong communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Capability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and the skill to engage and inspire customers
Primary Responsibilities
- Embody Centra’s core brand values: Pride, Energy, Creativity, and Community-Focus
- Prepare customer food orders across fresh food sections, including assembling sandwiches and rolls, serving hot dishes, and slicing meats according to store portion controls
- Cook, prepare, and display food items throughout operating hours
- Maintain impeccable presentation and standards of fresh food counters during the entire day
- Showcase passion for quality foods by sharing knowledge, recipes, and personalized recommendations with patrons
- Handle all customer inquiries professionally and in alignment with store policies
