Role Overview: Project Managers

Project Managers will play a crucial role in managing Defence programs by planning, coordinating, and executing projects. Key tasks include managing schedules, tracking risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Overview: Schedulers

Schedulers focus on creating and maintaining project schedules, developing integrated master schedules (IMS), mapping task dependencies, incorporating risk into timelines, and ensuring schedule accuracy and transparency. Familiarity with Defence working patterns and governance processes is essential. Proficiency in Primavera P6, OPP, or similar scheduling software is required.

Eligibility Requirements

• Possession of at least NV1 Security Clearance.
• Prior Defence sector experience.
• Qualifications pertinent to the specific role.
