Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and organized Debt Collector to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate is persistent, confident, and results-oriented, responsible for ensuring the prompt collection of outstanding payments and post-dated cheques.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
• Arrange collection of post-dated cheques and other payment methods.
• Conduct visits to customers for cheque and payment collection as necessary.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Update records of collections and generate daily status reports.
• Refer unresolved or disputed accounts to the Accounts Receivable department.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, positively representing the company.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures throughout the collection process.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in collections, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and data entry tasks.
• Ability to independently manage daily collection activities.
• Possession of a valid UAE motorcycle driving license is required.
• Integrity, reliability, and a goal-focused mindset.
