  • Negotiate, implement, and supervise repayment plans considering customers' circumstances while protecting business interests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to devise and execute account-specific recovery strategies.
  • Partner with Collections Management and the Head of Collections to evaluate and improve recovery approaches.

  • German language proficiency at the C1 level to confidently engage with clients, negotiate arrangements, and handle challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in debt recovery, preferably in the commercial or business sector.
  • Empathy, patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
  • Confidence, accuracy, and agility in managing complex challenges.
  • Business insight and entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for supporting SMEs; finance industry background is advantageous.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range is €34,000 to €46,000 annually. Candidates are encouraged to state their salary expectations. Salary benchmarks align with market standards, with quarterly reviews based on performance.
