Role Overview
As a Data Scientist at Cint, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Cint Exchange by delivering data-driven insights and solutions. You'll work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to optimize current products, contribute to new product development, and deepen understanding of marketplace mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creation of machine learning solutions, including developing, deploying, maintaining, and evaluating models for the Cint Exchange.
- Build predictive models to understand marketplace elements like pricing elasticity and supply-demand equilibrium.
- Execute project planning and management autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Analyze extensive and varied datasets to uncover insights guiding product and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate across functions such as Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to design and test product features.
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to address complex business challenges.
- Perform exploratory data analyses and lead the design and implementation of A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Develop clear, compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate complex insights effectively to all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Science roles (or 5+ years for senior positions).
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related quantitative disciplines.
- Strong skills in handling and interpreting large datasets independently.
- Expertise in advanced statistical methods such as hypothesis testing, experimental design, regression modeling, causal inference, and A/B testing.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including clustering, regression, decision trees, and neural networks, along with their practical trade-offs.
- Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and machine learning, and SQL for database management.
- Ability to readily research and integrate new methodologies and technologies.

- Background in survey exchange platforms or online market research products.
- Experience using Databricks, Spark, or PySpark for large-scale data processing.
