Role Overview

We are seeking versatile Data Scientists to join us during a crucial phase of growth. Responsibilities

• Create machine learning models that support real-time recommendation systems, ranking, and pricing algorithms aimed at optimizing engagement and conversion within our gaming platform.
• Design user reward and incentive mechanisms that balance motivation with sustainable return on ad spend through uplift modeling and pricing strategies.
• Lead complex experimental cycles focused on data-driven product areas, user acquisition, or verticals, employing causal inference techniques and measurement strategies like Marketing Mix Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution.
• Drive zero-to-one projects by developing production-ready data products from scratch, including data architecture and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance system architecture, tools, and maintain comprehensive, high-standard documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a product-focused setting, preferably within gaming, advertising technology, gambling, or user incentive sectors.
• Strong expertise in data engineering pipelines and modern tooling such as DBT, Airflow, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL, alongside experience using cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to clarify goals, organize workflows, and align stakeholders.

Additional Information

• Competitive salary ranging from £130,000 to £230,000 per annum.
