Experience in Data Governance or Data Management fields
Ability to analyze complex data structures and devise practical solutions

Openness to using AI tools and integrating them into workflows
Structured and quality-conscious approach with a strong understanding of processes
Confident demeanor and communication skills for collaboration with business units and IT departments
