Reliable and punctual attendance record.

Prior involvement in environments managing HIPAA/PHI data, healthcare industry exposure, or customer service roles.
Experience working within high-volume production settings.

This is a strictly onsite position located in Washington, DC, with all necessary equipment furnished by the employer.
Strong commitment to attendance is required throughout all training and assignment periods.
Training consists of an initial orientation followed by an eight-week program; full participation in all sessions is mandatory.
Interviews for the role will be conducted virtually.
