About the Role

DNAM Brands is looking for a careful and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support its warehouse operations in Commerce, California. This position focuses on entering, updating, and maintaining information accurately across multiple systems while handling a large amount of data with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, sort, and organize documents before entering data into the system.
  • Enter records accurately and ensure all paperwork is complete and ready for processing in Aspire.
  • Maintain documentation related to inbound and outbound shipment movement.
  • Create labels as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Use shipping and logistics platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and EDI provider systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and correct data entry mistakes.
  • Communicate and coordinate information with internal team members and, when needed, outside contacts.
  • Schedule delivery appointments for incoming freight and update the receiving appointment log for Operations.
  • Arrange pickup appointments for outgoing shipments and update the shipping log for Operations.
  • Provide general administrative support when required.
  • Take on other related tasks as assigned.
