Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Associate to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves managing and updating product-related data on both our website and internal platforms with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update product data across the website and internal databases.
• Maintain comprehensive product details such as product names, pricing, SKUs, sizes, colors, and detailed descriptions.
• Handle uploading and proper organization of product images, ensuring each image corresponds correctly to its product.
• Update and manage inventory records, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any inconsistencies.
• Regularly verify the accuracy of data entries, identifying and correcting errors or missing information promptly.
• Acquire knowledge and operate the billing system to assist customers during the billing process when needed.
• Generate basic Excel reports, including summaries of data, sales analytics, and inventory reports as requested.
