About the Role

JivPad is seeking a Data Analyst who will leverage data to drive decisions that influence a pioneering AI-powered communication platform. This platform supports individuals with speech or hearing differences and offers real-time translation to eliminate language obstacles in live interactions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will analyze user interactions, platform metrics, and industry trends to identify successful elements and growth opportunities. You will create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to set and measure success indicators, and support A/B testing initiatives. Ensuring data quality and constructing clear narratives from complex data for diverse audiences will also be critical aspects of the position.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have over two years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence in technology or SaaS settings. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analytics tools such as Python, R, or Excel are essential. Experience with data visualization software like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Metabase is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to thrive in dynamic startup environments, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Passion for accessibility and innovative communication technologies is highly appreciated.
