Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper zoning within the Dairy/Frozen area to keep it customer-ready at all times.
- Perform regular stock rotation and remove expired products to preserve freshness and quality standards.
- Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced and signed; follow established protocols for ordering, markdowns, clearance, pricing, labeling, and flagging.
- Comply with cold chain and food safety protocols, including temperature monitoring, thermometer calibration, proper handling, adherence to sell-by and expiration dates, and sanitation procedures.
- Support merchandising efforts by maintaining display features that uphold promotional and merchandising standards.
- Keep the work area tidy, hazard-free, and compliant with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Remain flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Challenges
- Manage high volume tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment, including overnight shifts, ensuring restocking and recovery tasks are accurate and timely.
- Perform physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs., along with consistent stocking and organizing.

Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.
