Role overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the onboarding and long-term success of strategic customers. You will serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, guide them through implementation, handle complex data feed setup, and help them achieve clear business outcomes. After launch, you will continue to manage the account’s revenue potential and strategic priorities. Key responsibilities

Compensation and benefits
